These Terms & Conditions govern membership, guest and visitor passes, and the use of the RW Haus premises and facilities in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. By becoming a member, purchasing a guest or visitor pass, registering for an account, or entering RW Haus, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Membership, Fees & Communications
- Non-Refundable Fees: All membership fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Direct Communication Consent: Members agree to receive regular updates regarding upcoming events, exclusive programmes, and club announcements.
- Media & Marketing Release: RW Haus reserves the right to capture photos and videos during events. These materials may be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
🛡️ Health, Safety & Liability
- Strict Pantry Restrictions: Members and guests are strictly prohibited from entering the pantry area.
- Appliance Safety: Kitchen appliances are off-limits to everyone except authorized staff to prevent injury.
- Window Hazards: Leaning, pushing, or standing against the window glass panels is strictly forbidden.
- Property Damage Accountability: Members bear full financial responsibility for any damage caused to RW Haus property by themselves, their children, or their guests.
- Personal Belongings: Members are solely responsible for their personal items. RW Haus accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
🧒 Child & Caregiver Policies
- Parental Supervision: Children must be actively monitored by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
- Helper Drop-off Policy: Domestic helpers and caregivers may drop off children at the premises.
- Caregiver Waiting Policy: Caregivers must leave the premises after drop-off and return only at the designated pickup time to ensure optimal space for active members.
🤝 Community Conduct & Environment
- Space Cleanliness: Members must clean up after themselves to keep the communal spaces tidy and welcoming.
- Mutual Respect: Courteous, respectful, and polite behavior is required toward all members, guests, and staff at all times.
- Zero-Smoking Policy: Smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes, vapes, and traditional tobacco products, is completely prohibited inside the premises.
- Access Information Security: Sharing membership passwords, entry codes, or proprietary club information with non-members is strictly forbidden.
📅 Access, Bookings & Operations
- Mandatory Check-In: Members must present their digital e-membership ID at the front desk immediately upon arrival.
- Advance Activity Reservations: Booking in advance is required for all community leisure activities and specialized events.
- Drop-In Class Availability: Live booking platforms display real-time class availability. Drop-in spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Operating Hours: The facilities are open daily from 7:00 a.m. to midnight. Late entry or remaining past closing time is not permitted.
🧘 Dance & Yoga Class Booking & Cancellation Terms
- All dance and yoga class bookings must be made in advance via the official live booking platform, subject to seat availability.
- 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Members must cancel class bookings at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time to be eligible for a full refund or credit.
- Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to class, or no-shows, will result in forfeiture of full class payment with no refund.
- Medical Exception: A full refund will only be granted for same-day cancellations due to sudden illness or injury, provided a valid official medical certificate or note is submitted on the same day of the scheduled class.
- RW Haus reserves the right to adjust class timetables, instructors, or class capacity without prior notice.
Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. RW Haus may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of your membership or the premises constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
